Living in the midwest where there is no good authentic mexican food is rough. I'm SO glad that there are great Cafe Rio knock-off recipes online so I can enjoy it without flying all the way to Utah for a bite. Go here for the recipe. Better than the stuff I ate on my mission!
Thank you William. I am dying up here in Washington without cafe rio. It is truly the best food in this world. I also love Justin Beiber. Did you know he started out on YouTube?
